pastor of preaching & community
Jeff is the youngest of three boys. He grew up attending church, but came to a saving knowledge of Christ as a young adult. Jeff earned an M.S. in Direct Marketing at Northwestern and worked in marketing management for several years before following a call to vocational ministry. After finishing M.Div. studies at Covenant Seminary in St. Louis, he served in pastoral positions at EFCA churches in the St. Louis area. Jeff also taught Homiletics at Covenant and served on the board of Thrive St. Louis, a life-affirming ministry. Jeff has been married to Amelia since 1991, and they are parents to four awesome and funny kids. Jeff enjoys music, tennis, reading, coffee, and being outdoors. His desire is to help more people experience the transforming power of Christ, and equip them to use their gifts to impact the world with God’s grace.

pastor of teaching & discipleship
Joey joined Faith Church staff in July 2010. He and his wife, Jenna, moved from Dallas, TX, where Joey completed his Th.M at Dallas Theological Seminary. Joey enjoys puns, dad jokes and starting new hobbies. He is both book smart and accident prone, which is a winning combination. He likes reading theology and philosophy books written by dead guys and is often found thinking about how the church should relate to the culture. He loves eating Mexican food and going on adventures with Jenna and their daughter Analie. He has two cats, nine chickens, and a pathetically small number of Pokémon in his Pokédex.

pastor of iglesia de fe
Born to a Puerto Rican family in New York City, Luis moved to Massachusetts before being drafted and serving in the US Air Force. After returning home, he enrolled at the School of Architecture at Arizona State, but God had other plans! He transferred to Biola & Talbot Seminary where he earned his M-Div in Practical Theology. Since then, Luis has served in 5 EFCA churches as well as spending 7 years as a Multi-Ethnic Church planter. After observing the Faith International English Class ministry, he felt God was directing him to plant a “church-within-a-church” to reach Hispanic people in the Indianapolis area. With God’s leading and the approval of the pastoral staff and leaders, Iglesia de Fe began services on May 3, 2015.
Luis has been married to his high school sweetheart, Susan, since 1968 and they cherish time with their daughter and her family. Luis and Susan enjoy short day trips to better know and understand the people of the community - Indiana is their new adventure!
