The heartbeat of who we are
Reaching out in love. Serving those in need. Sharing the Good News of Christ. Faith Church takes seriously the mandate of Scripture that Jesus Christ is the hope of all people in all nations and that it is our responsibility to tell others about Him.
In fact, our full "official" name is Faith Missionary Church. Like most individuals, we don't always say or use our middle name in everyday conversation. But you get a sense for our commitment to reaching, serving and sharing around the world when you hear our full name.
But it's not just about our name. It's more about how we "Live It Out" in what we do and give as individuals and as a church to support numerous people and organizations around the world that work tirelessly to serve others and share the Good News of Christ.
Our stewardship commitment system
Faith's stewardship commitment system is designed to focus both individuals and the entire church family on outreach. It's simple - just choose the missionaries you want to support, or give to undesignated outreach, which allows the support to be shared among the missionaries or projects based on need.
Our outreach ministry
Through Biblical teaching and opportunities to experience intercultural ministry both locally and overseas, Faith members are encouraged to consider active service on the mission field if they feel God is calling for this. The Faith family supports its members with prayer and personal and financial support to make these significant decisions. Those of us who remain behind do so as senders providing that support.
Care Teams
What does a Missionary Care Team do? They work together on behalf of an individual overseas missionary family. They keep in touch, respond to "on the field" needs and help with plans for U.S. returns. While missionaries are here on “home assignment,” the teams also work together to smooth transitions, point family members toward resources and individuals who can help meet the many needs that arise. Being a Care Team member does not mean you have to be a financial supporter. The only requirement of joining a team is to have a caring heart for the Faith global family! Most of the people and organizations we support are listed below (organized by the regions of the world where they serve). Others are not listed on our website because they serve in areas of the world closed to missionaries.
