Tom Macy

With roots on a Kansas farm, Tom is the middle of five children, raised by Godly parents and has been a believer since age eleven. He has a B.A. in Religion and Philosophy (Friends University), 1973 and a Master of Divinity (Trinity Evangelical Divinity School), 1976. He and Linda were married in 1972 and have four adult children and six grandchildren.  Since 1976, Tom has been a local church pastor, serving in Nebraska and Kansas prior to coming to Faith in 2004. He has served in numerous volunteer roles with the Evangelical Free Church of America, currently as chair of the EFCA Ministerial Association.  His passions are his family, Faith Church, preaching God’s Word to the people of Faith Church, and championing global missions.  He enjoys travel, reading, being with people, watching sports and riding his antique 1974 Schwinn Continental bicycle.

Don Beachy

As the Pastor of Ministry Development, Don leads the adult ministries and church staff, and develops the ministries of Faith. Previously, he served as Pastor of Student Ministry. Don studied Interpersonal and Organizational Communication (B.A. and M.A. from the University of Cincinnati), and has a Master of Divinity, from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He and his wife, Joanne, have been married since 1989 and have three sons. Don is passionate about his family, sports, playing guitar, and short-term mission trips.

Joey Woestman

Joey is joining the Faith staff in July 2010.  Joey and his wife, Jenna, are moving from Dallas, TX, where Joey recently completed his seminary training at Dallas Theological Seminary.  Joey's passion for ministering to youth has grown over many years, and he is excited to put down roots in Indianapolis and lead Faith's students and the whole church into a deeper relationship with Christ.

Molly Allison

Molly and her husband, David, have been at Faith Church since 2001. They met at Taylor University where Molly received her Bachelor of Music in Music Education. David and Molly have two daughters, Elizabeth and Lena. Since July 2004, Molly has coordinated the traditional worship gathering and directed the adult choir. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing games.

Jake Brothers

Jake believes that all of us are born to be worshipers - who and what we worship is up to us. As the Director of Contemporary Worship, he unashamedly calls the church to a deeper, more authentic worship of God.  Jake received a B.A. in Music Business in 2002 from Anderson University. Jake and his wife, Erin, were married in 2005.  Jake likes to play sports, fish and hang out with family and friends. Jake recently released his first album, Reflection of You. Larry Cooper

Larry coordinates light maintenance one day a week and hosts special activities. He assists with Sunday morning A-team, works in early childhood classes and is involved in the local Good News club. Larry and his wife, Evelyn, enjoy clowning in their “extra” time.

Becky Lawrence

Becky and her husband, Jonathan, have been married since 1997. They have two children, James and Faith, and have been attending Faith Church since 2002. I am a blessed woman to be doing exactly what I always prayed I could do when I got older: Marry a man who loves God, stay at home with my kids and work for the Lord. I enjoy reading books on prophecy, fishing, spending time with my friends and visiting family. But most of all I enjoy cuddling up next to my hubby and being with my children.

Shirley Miller

Shirley admits that she just loves accounting! (And, as the Financial Administrator, we're all quite glad that she does!) She has a B.S. in Business Administration.  Shirley and her husband, Jim, have been married since 1977 and have two grown sons.  She is active in early childhood ministry here at Faith Church, and enjoys reading, sewing and traveling.  She says she especially enjoys meeting people from other countries when traveling overseas.

Jen Petro

Jen has worked in non-profit marketing communications since 2000, and holds a B.A. in Journalism and a M.A. in Arts Administration from IU Bloomington. She and her husband, Paul, have two sons. To relax and recharge, Jen loves spending time with family and friends, reading, photography and storytelling.

Andrea Preston

In addition to providing administrative support for Children’s Ministry, Andrea serves as co-coordinator for Women’s Bible Studies at Faith Church. Andrea is married to Brian and they have three children: Keith, Renee and Kyle. Andrea has a B.A. from Illinois Wesleyan University and a M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Illinois State University. Andrea loves to work, volunteer and visit with friends, but also cherishes time at home with her family. Andrea has been at Faith since 2001.

Josh Sjoerdsma

Josh is the Business Administrator.  His responsibilities include overseeing technology, management of the building, and general office administration.  Josh came to Indianapolis in 2005 to study at Lincoln College of Technology, and has been active at Faith ever since.  In his spare time Josh enjoys designing and building robotics.

Anne Weaver

Anne knows all about kids--and loves them! She oversees ministry for all of Faith's kids from birth through grade 6. Anne holds a B.A. in secondary education. She and her husband, Steve, have three children: Paul, who lives with his wife, Michelle and their sons, James and Elijah, in eastern Europe; Carl, who teaches physics and lives with his wife, Mandi, in Atlanta, GA; and Diana, a nursing student at Cedarville University.
